Where does the email address for the email messages sent by the Pesticide Reporting Service Bureau come from?

  • Reports uploaded from the PRL Reporting Software: the email address is entered on the Control Center for Option A, B, or C.

  • Reports uploaded through the NYSPRL web site: the email address is entered along with other contact and identity information as part of the upload process..

  • Reports sent by email or other means and that included an identity.txt file: the email address is in the identity file.

  • Reports sent by email that did not include an identity.txt file: the email address from which the original submission was sent.

  • Reports sent by other means and that did not include an identity.txt file: email address might not be available. In this case, no Confirmation of Receipt Email will be sent.
