If you maintain daily use records electronically in one of the NYSDEC's free reporting options, you can either upload the data from within the software or send us the file(s) through our website. See Report Submission Methods for more information.  Please note, while you are required to maintain records of the dosage rate, method of application, target organism(s), and place of application, you are not required to submit the data with your PRL report.

If you maintain Daily Use Records by paper, you will have to type the records into one of DEC’s free reporting options before the February 1 deadline.
